Celebrating our 28th Anniversary!
The fourfold purpose of The Friends of Sagamore Hill is:
Established in 1995, The Friends of Sagamore Hill either hosts or participates in many of the activities at the site, which are designed to keep alive the spirit of Theodore Roosevelt. An objective of the organization is to explore and develop meaningful ways to work with the National Park Service to serve the visitors to the site, while preserving the integrity of our American heritage. As a Friend, you also receive dual membership in the prestigious Theodore Roosevelt Association (TRA). The Friends of Sagamore Hill operates as a chapter of the TRA, with the preservation of Sagamore Hill National Historic Site as its primary purpose.
We welcome new members to The Friends of Sagamore Hill. Please click on 'Join Us!' at the top of this page for details on how to join.
During the months of May through September, our monthly meetings will be held at Sagamore Hill, either under the tent in the picnic area or in a conference room at the Old Orchard Museum. If you are interested in "sitting in" on the next meeting on October 11th at 6pm, please call: 516-997-5346, or email: foshobny@aol.com
